The Estate offers a 5,000 sq ft historic mansion, a barn style venue, with seating for up to 250 people, multiple outdoor ceremony sites, and an operating vineyard specially designed to host your next wedding,

party or special occasion.


The Estate, located in Hogansville, GA, on 3 picturesque acres, and only 45 minutes from Atlanta and Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, and 5 minutes off Interstate 85. Hosting your event at The Estate means having exclusive use of the venue for your party, banquet or wedding to include the historic antebellum style mansion, vintage climate-controlled barn and event venue, private bridal and groom suites, operating vineyard, multiple outdoor event and ceremony sites, waterfall feature, covered southern porch and ample parking. 


The Estate offers party, banquet and wedding packages to fit your every event need. Our customizable event and wedding packages give you the freedom and flexibility to create your own event experience or to have an all – inclusive experience. Our onsite wedding and event coordinators will work with you every step of the way and ensure a stress-free event experience. Our micro wedding packages start at $1999 and party and special occasion packages start at $1150.
